Marcus Grönholm, a Champion Hero on the starting blocks at the Rally Sweden
At the FIA WRC Sweden rally, Champion proudly announced its exciting partnership with Marcus Grönholm, two-time World Rally Champion and real rally legend. The news was released during Marcus’ exclusive onetime comeback to the snowy tracks of Sweden and Norway on February 14 to 17, 2019.


Marcus Grönholm is a living rally legend. During the Sweden rally, he made a one-time return…and it was powered by Champion. Marcus is what Champion is all about, especially with this return. Marcus Grönholm has everything of a Champion hero: After two championship victories in 2000 and 2002, Grönholm retired at the end of the 2007 season. He now returns to the sport wearing the Champion colors with a Toyota Yaris WRC. We travelled with him to Sweden supporting him in this exciting adventure.

One thing is for certain: This partnership with Marcus is only the start of an amazing journey ahead…
